MORNING GLORY FIZZ - Ncnean Cocktail

Morning Glory Fizz from Nc'nean

Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a shaker,
then fill with ice cubes and shake hard for 12 seconds.
Fill the drink into a glass, then add sparkling water and garnish with a lemon.

Ingredients
50 ml Nc'nean Organic Single Highland Malt Whisky
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
15 ml egg white
1 dash Absint
20 ml sparkling water
