Nc'nean Organic Single Highland Malt Whisky is the distillery's core release, bottled at 46%.

The whisky is the vision of founder Annabel Thomas, who started production in 2017 with a clear mission to make whisky more sustainable without compromising on flavour.

Tasting Notes

Nose

The glass first greets you with shortbread, quickly followed by honey and a hint of vanilla.

The palate is full-bodied with malt, apple compote and creamy vanilla.
