Experimental de Christian Drouin 14 Year Old Calvados Plantation Long Pond Angels is a French Calvados finished in rum casks from the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica and bottled at 45%.

This release is Drouin's Expérimental Small Batch No. 4. A 14-year-old Pays d'Auge calvados spent seven months in old French oak casks that had previously held the celebrated Jamaican Long Pond ITP 1995 rum. The combination of Normandy's apple character and the rum's tropical depth was bottled in August 2021, in a limited release of only 1,890 bottles.

Nose

Soft, with brown sugar, melon and papaya, backed by apple.
