Ripe banana, vanilla, toasted coconut and spiced caramel, with a hint of dried citrus, nutmeg and light oak char.

Sweet vanilla, a touch of chocolate and a good deal of zesty, spiced American oak that lends a bourbon-esque edge.
Finish
Light and clean, with fruit and spice fading gently.
