Trinidad's tropical climate does nothing by halves. Bristol Classic has captured that intensity in a bottle that tastes more of bourbon oak than many expect from Caribbean rum.
Expert description
Bristol Classic Caribbean Collection Trinidad is a Rum from Trinidad, column distilled from molasses and matured for an average of 4 years in ex-bourbon casks, bottled at 40%.
The rum is released by the English bottler Bristol Classic Rum, known for sourcing single-distillery rum from across the Caribbean and releasing it under its Caribbean Collection series. This expression clearly shows Trinidad's tropical climate and cask handling, with a pronounced American oak character giving the bottle an almost bourbon-like edge, while retaining a light, clean palate.

Bristol Classic Rum takes its name from the port city of Bristol in England, historically one of Britain's most important arrival points for Caribbean sugar and rum during the colonial era, still reflected in the bottler's focus on classic, single-distillery Caribbean rum.
