Tomatin Rivesaltes Cask Whisky was distilled in 2008 and matured in traditional Scottish whisky oak casks before the whisky has its final maturation in Rivesaltes casks. The result is a whisky with the characteristic nutty flavor of the Rivesaltes cask, which together with fresh fruit notes creates a good balance. The palate is dominated by contrasting sweet and bitter flavors with an underlying taste of barley.
