SLOEBERRY FIZZ Cocktail with Fary Lochan

Sloe Fizz drink from Fary Lochan

A tart, sweet and creamy sour with Fary Lochans Gin Liqueur and cranberry juice. Creating a bittersweet symphony of sloeberries, juniper and cranberries, balanced by creamy egg whites.

Ingredients:

• - 3 parts Fary Lochan Gin liqueur
• - 2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
• - 1 part cranberry juice
• - 2 parts sparkling water
• - 1 egg white

Procedure:

Here's how:
Gin liqueur, lemon juice, cranberry juice and egg white are shaken without ice to break down the proteins in the egg white.
Then shaken again with ice to cool the drink.
Top up with sparkling water.
Serve without ice or garnish, but with white foam on the delicate pink cocktail.
