SILVER FIZZ - Ncnean Cocktail

Sliver Fizz from Nc'nean

Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a shaker, then fill with ice cubes and shake hard for 12 seconds.
Strain the drink into a glass, then add sparkling water and garnish with thyme sprigs.

Ingredients
50 ml Nc'nean Organic Botanical Spirit
25 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Sugar syrup
15 ml Egg white
20 ml Sparkling water
Thyme sprig for garnish
