SCOTCH SOUR - Ncnean Cocktail

Scotch Sour from Nc'nean

Fill ice cubes and all ingredients in a shaker, shake hard for 12 seconds.
Strain the drink into a glass.
Then garnish with a lemon.

Ingredients
50 ml Nc'nean Organic Single Highland Malt Whisky
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
15 ml egg white
