    Poli Elisir Prugna is a plum likør made by steeping pure fresh plum juice in alcohol. The result is a fruity likør with intense notes of plum, apricot, almond and dried fruit. The taste is sweet but nicely balanced. The liqueur is perfect with nut cakes, plums, dried fruit, macaroons and cookies. Serve it slightly chilled at 10-15 degrees in tulip-shaped glasses.
