PEAR ROYAL - Ncnean Cocktail

Pear Royal from Nc'nean

Add all ingredients except Prosecco to a shaker,
then fill with ice cubes and shake hard for 12 seconds.
Strain the drink into a glass, then add Prosecco and garnish with mint leaves.

Ingredients
40 ml Nc'nean Organic Botanical Spirit
20 ml Crème de Poire
20 ml lemon juice
20 mlProsecco
Mint leaf for garnish
