Herbie Christmas Gin is handmade with juniper berries, Danish apples, cinnamon, orange peel, nutmeg, allspice and cardamom. It can be drunk as an alternative to the traditional Christmas schnapps or enjoyed in the classic Gin & Tonic. Mix it with a lemon tonic and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange peel.
