    Mortlach 17 Year Old Signatory Symington’s Choice is a rich and complex Speyside single malt whisky that bears the mark of an exclusive 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Butt finish. This whisky, which has spent time in sherry casks, develops a deep flavor profile where the characteristic sweetness and spices from the Oloroso sherry combine with Mortlach’s robust and rich nature.

    This whisky has powerful sherry notes with flavors of dried fruit, toffee, and figs. It has Mortlach's characteristic meaty complexity, rounded off with subtle hints of cocoa and a touch of clove. The finish is long and satisfying, where the warm influence of the Oloroso sherry butt gives the whisky a luxurious finish.
