Classic Mojito cocktail

The Perfect Cocktail - Mojito with Bacardi

Ingredients

• 5 cl. Bacardi Carta Blanca White Rum


• 8-10 fresh organic mint leaves


• 3 cl. Lime wedges


• 2 tsp Organic Cane Sugar


• 2-3 cl Danish water

Procedure

"Put sugar in the bottom of your glass and squeeze the lime wedges into it.

Add rum and stir to mix and dissolve the sugar.

Lightly pat the mint in your hand and place them in the glass before filling with ice.

Add sparkling water and stir all ingredients together lightly.

Stir from the bottom up with your spoon so that you get the mint at the bottom and the sparkling water at the top mixed with the rest.

Make sure to fill with ice and garnish with a little extra lime and mint."

TIP

! - If you're making several drinks at once, you can press the lime into juice beforehand and make your sugar into syrup. You can make the syrup by adding 2 parts sugar to 1 part water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

In this case, use 2.5 cl lime juice and 1 cl sugar syrup and otherwise follow the same procedure
