Lyres White Cane Collins - Non-alcoholic

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Lyres White Cane Spirit
• 15 ml Monin Sugar cane syrup
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 90 ml sparkling water

Procedure

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Then pour into a highball glass using a double strain and top with a slice of lemon as a garnish.
Serve the cocktail immediately while it's cold and fresh!
