The distillery called Stone Grange was established back in 2009 and has produced several different kinds of Gin, Vodka, Marc, Apple brandy and Absint. Brandy and Marc are based on grapes from the distillery's own vineyards.

Moose Brandy is a barrel-aged grape brandy made from grapes grown on the Stone Grange distillery's own fields by Esrum Lake. After fermentation and pressing of the wine, it is distilled into grape brandy, also called Brandy.

Moose Brandy is double column distilled and after distillation, the distillate is transferred to a French medium-toasted barrique barrel (225 liters). After 10 years of barrel aging, it is watered down to 44% and bottled in the iconic apothecary bottles. Stone Grange produces about 300 liters of brandy each year.

In France, Brandy is called Cognac or Armagnac, and in Southern and Central Europe only Brandy.
