There are hints of honey syrup, sweet green grapes, a touch of blue cheese, and lilies. Palate: This is a delight! Cool, syrupy, and lightly spicy, with a rich mouthfeel that coats everything with a wonderful spicy butter. Far more than one would ever expect from a refill bourbon cask. A true cornucopia of flavors. Finish: Bright, soft, clean, and wonderful. An endless theater of honey, warmth, and light bitterness that lasts longer than it has any right to.
