16 oz Ginger beer
Dash of bitters
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour ginger beer into tall glass
2. Add Blackwell Room
3. Add a dash of bitters

INGREDIENTS

1.5oz Blackwell Rum
.75 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Rich simple syrup (two parts sugar, one part water)
1 Strawberry
6 to 10 Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into a margarita glass or wine goblet
4. Garnish with an orchid and a cocktail umbrella
