This single cask is 2nd fill and has been aged for a minimum of 3 years. It is bottled at 60% alcohol and has plenty of juice and power. Expect fine flavor notes of spice and lots of freshness. A fine vanilla note emerges and gives a soft aftertaste, which, despite the high intensity of the alcohol, gives a quite exquisite dram in fine balance.
