An innovative cocktail that combines Fary Lochan's mild and aromatic Porcelain Schnapps with summery fresh raspberries and a subtle but very elegant licorice flavor.

Sailor's Wife with Fary Lochan

Ingredients

2 parts Fary Lochan Porcelain Snapps
1 part cane sugar syrup
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 fresh raspberries
1 small tsp. Licorice powder
Garnish, 1 licorice pipe
Ice cubes

Procedure

Muddle the raspberries and licorice powder in a shaker to extract the juice. Then add the orange schnapps, syrup, lemon juice and ice cubes and shake hard.

Double strain over the glass and finally place the licorice pipe on the rim of the glass.
