Mad March Hare Irish Poitin - Summer hit flavor

Procedure

Place a glass in the fridge a few hours before use and remove before serving.
Add 4 cl Mad March Hare Poitin to the cup.
Add a few dashes of Angostura Bitter.
Top up with ice cubes and Ginger Beer.
Cut a lime wedge and place in the cup.

Can also be served in a Riedel glass - preferably chilled beforehand.

About Mad March Hare Poitin

Tradition, craftsmanship and heritage are harnessed to capture 1500 years of expertise in this famous drink. Premium Irish Poitín is carefully crafted from an ancient Poitin opskrift based on the finest Irish sugar beet and malted barley. Distilled and aged in new Irish oak casks. The result is a smooth but nuanced blend of malted barley sweetness and toasted wood. The bouquet is light with a fine touch of Riesling. Oak, berry fruit, gooseberry and blackcurrant are present.

The taste is creamy and full-bodied. Hints of love fruit and hints of freshly ground pepper, dried fruits, vanilla and smoked oak combine to give a very full-bodied, aromatic Poitín. The finish has good length, with warmth and a sweet and slightly salty, but spicy finish of dried fruit and berry notes.
