Under Billy Walker's stewardship, GlenAllachie's cask programme has become one of the most talked-about in Speyside, and this 15 year old is one of the clearest examples of what carefully selected sherry casks can bring to a distillate over time.

The whisky is both non-chill filtered and free of added colour, allowing the full influence of the sherry casks to come through.
