    Eagle Rare 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is Buffalo Trace Distillery's age-stated core expression, matured for at least 10 years, bottled at 45%. Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, is the oldest continuously operating distillery in the United States. The site was first built as a commercial distillery in 1858 and later taken over by Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., often called 'the father of the modern bourbon industry'. The distillery continued production through Prohibition under a medicinal licence and has been owned by the family-run Sazerac Company since 1992.
