Cucumber Collins with Fary Lochan

A refreshing drink with lemon and cucumber, perfect for a classic Fary Lochan Gin cocktail.

Ingredients

:

• 2 parts Fary Lochan Classic Gin


• 1 part Freshly squeezed lemon juice


• 1 part sugar syrup


• Sparkling water


• Ice cubes

Procedure:

Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the gin afterwards.

Add the lemon juice and syrup to the glass and stir with a cocktail spoon

Place the cucumber slices along the rim of the glass for flavor and garnish.

Top up with sparkling water and add a slice of lemon for garnish.

If you need barudstyr - try this sampak with shaker, stirring spoon, strainer etc.
