Cruz Conde Sherry PX Pedro Ximenez is a Fortified Wine from Spain made from 100% Pedro Ximénez, bottled at 15% ABV.

The wine is full-bodied and sweet, with a dense golden colour with a reddish hue. The Pedro Ximénez grape is traditionally sun-dried before pressing to concentrate the sugar, giving this style of sherry its characteristic, almost syrupy sweetness.

Raisins, figs and apricots with notes of citrus and orange.

Intense sweetness with dried fruit and a full, syrupy structure.
