Orange Gin- 2 cl. Organic Aperitivo Bitter.- Top with dry sparkling organic/bio wine. - Top with organic Indian tonic. - A fingertip of sea salt.
How to- Chill the white wine glass in a freezer or by stirring ice around the glass (remember to drain the water). - Fill the glass in the order listed above.
Garnish- Orange or lemon slice.

Americano:
- 2 cl.
Orange Gin- 1 cl. Aperitivo Bitter.- Indian tonic. - A fingertip of sea salt.

Arancina:
- 3 cl.
Orange Gin- 3 cl. Bianco Vermouth.- 3 cl.
Aperol.- 3 drops of Orange Bitter.- A fingertip of sea salt.
How to- Chill the lowball glass in a freezer or by stirring ice in the glass (remember to drain the water). - Add all ingredients. - Stir for about 15 seconds. - Add extra ice if needed.

Negroni:
- 3 cl.
Orange Gin: - 3 cl. Sweet vermouth. - 3 cl. Aperitivo Bitter.- 3 drops of Orange Bitter and Chocolate Bitter.- A fingertip of sea salt.
How to- Chill the lowball glass in a freezer or by stirring ice in the glass (remember to drain the water). - Add all ingredients. - Stir for about 15 seconds. - Add extra ice if needed.

The Mediterranean Martini
: - 6 cl.
Orange Gin- 1 cl. Bianco Vermouth.- 3 drops of Orange Bitter.- A fingertip of sea salt.
How to- Chill Martini or coupe glass in a freezer or by stirring ice in the glass (remember to pour off the water and ice). - Add the ingredients to a mixing glass/shaker and stir for about 15 seconds. 15 seconds - Then fine strain (When straining with a regular strainer through a fine strainer) the ingredients into your chilled glass.
Garnish- Orange zest or green olives.
NoteA lighter Martini is 5 cl. spirits & 2 cl.

Martinez:
- 4.5 cl
Orange Gin- 1.5 cl. Sweet Vermouth- 1 cl.
Maraschino Likør.- 3 drops Angostura Bitter and Orange bitters.- A fingertip of sea salt.
How to- Chill Martini or the coupe glass in a freezer or by stirring ice in the glass (remember to pour off the water and ice). - Add the ingredients to a mixing glass/shaker and stir for approx. 15 sec.
- Then fine strain (when straining with a regular strainer through a fine strainer) the ingredients into your chilled glass.
Garnish- Orange zest. ---------------------------------------------
Bijou:
- 4.5 cl
Orange Gin or
Bay Leaf Gin. - 1.5 cl. sweet Vermouth. - 1 cl. Yellow Chartreuse.- 3 drops Angostura Bitter and Orange bitters.- A fingertip of sea salt.
How to- Chill Martini or coupe glass in a freezer or by stirring ice in the glass (remember to drain the water and ice).
- Add the ingredients to a mixing glass/shaker and stir for about 15 seconds - Then fine strain (when straining with a regular strainer through a fine sieve) the ingredients into your chilled glass.
