When we create an A.H. Riise product, we use rum from a wide variety of casks, all of different age and origin. However, not all barrels are emptied to the last drop. Often there is a little left on the plate. A small amount of great rum. It is these premium casks that we use to create the perfect Signature blend.

Each edition of A.H. Riise Signature is created from very small batches and results in less than 2000 bottles per year. batch. Each cask is numbered, and so is each bottle. The number of bottles varies from batch to batch and the reason for this is that we never know how many bottles we can fill in each batch. It all depends on how much premium rum we have available. We always aim to be able to present each blend as close as possible to the previous batch. The result is also almost the same, but not identical. Like an artist creating a unique masterpiece.
