Trinidad Distillery 2005/2024 Adelphi Limited is a Single Cask Trinidad Rum, distilled in 2005, aged 19 years in a used bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength 58%.
The rum comes from an unnamed distillery in Trinidad and was selected and bottled by the Scottish independent bottler Adelphi under their Adelphi Limited series. With only 244 bottles worldwide, this is a rare chance to taste the wild, funky style Trinidad rum is known for among connoisseurs. The rum is non-chill filtered and retains its natural colour.
The nose delivers all the wild and wonderful character one hopes for from genuine funky Trinidad rum, while the palate surprises with a lighter, fresher side.

Palate
Powdered citrus, oversweet lemonade, sherbet and Italian ice cream soften the sprightly funk from the nose.
Finish
Fresh with a final touch of blue raspberry.
