Lyres Amaretti Sour - Non-alcoholic

Lyres version of the very popular cocktail is pink in color. To compliment the citrus and cranberry, White Cane Spirit and Orange Sec are used in the cocktail.

Ingredients

• 45 ml Lyres White Cane Spiri
• 15 ml Lyres Orange Sec
• 15 ml Lime juice
• 30 ml Cranberry juice
• 7,5 ml Monin Cane Sugar Syrup
• 1 Slice of Orangeg peel

Procedure

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Then pour into a highball glass using a double strain and top with a slice of lemon as a garnish.
Serve the cocktail immediately while it's cold and fresh!
