A refreshing and delicious cocktail with Bacoo rum from the Dominican Republic.

Procedure:

Shake all the ingredients together and then pour into a Tiki mug with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, cherries and an umbrella.

About Bacoo Rum:

Bacoo Rum originates from the Dominican Republic and has a recognizable quality, texture and character of the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic.

The name Bacoo (BAH-KU) is said to be an evil mythological spirit often claimed to be found in the Caribbean in empty corked rum bottles floating around the Caribbean Sea with magical powers. 
Bacoo looks very similar to a leprechaun from Celtic Mythology. It is a dwarf-like character that rewards its owner with wishes and can be recognized by its distinctive large eyes, long arms and legs. Feeds on bananas and milk. The name of this evil deviates and/or appearances of evil folklore characters among different cultures, including Aladdin's "genie of the lamp", which most people are probably familiar with Bacoo.
