Cloudy Lochan with Fary Lochan

A special whisky experience when "Summer" meets apricot/hazelnut and a hint of lemon zest.

Ingredients

:

• 2 parts Fary Lochan "Summer" whisky


• 1 part apricot syrup or hazelnut syrup


• 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice


• 1 lemon peel


• Ice cubes

Procedure:

Mix the whiskey, syrup and lemon juice in the glass.

Then add the ice cubes and stir gently.

Finally, crack the lemon peel over the drink to release the oils. Then spread the peel around the rim of the glass and finally add it to the glass for garnish
