Coriander bitter from England
In this bitter you get the taste of coriander, which is also one of the main ingredients in a London Dry Gin. Bob's Bitter Coriander uses both the nutty coriander seeds and fresh coriander leaves. The seeds add a warmth to the bitters, where the coriander leaves add a more fresh citrus flavor.

In this bitter, Bob uses sweet South African oranges along with dried tangerine peel to give it a complex flavor.
Once again, one of Bob's Bitters was created from an idea from Simon Difford. He suggested that a bitter made from bittersweet oranges could be interesting. Bob decided to add dried tangerine peel, notes of caramelized bitter orange and some spices. All of this gave this bitter a fresh aroma with a delicious, bitter flavor.

In Bob's licorice bitters, you get dried licorice root, which creates a mild and woody sweetness. It's an earthy bitter that brings bark and fennel notes to your drinks. In Bob's peppermint bitters you'll find dried Polish and Bulgarian peppermint leaves, which give a distinctive menthol flavor. The peppermint bitters have a hint of citrus and a less bitter, woody finish.
This bitter is perfect to mix with a Dry Gin or with Anejo Tequila. Then you're well on your way to making a flavorful and fresh bitter drink.

In this bitter you'll find the intense flavor of dried Chinese ginger. Bob's Bitter Ginger is a hot liquid that can be added to both food and drinks to give it that extra kick.
