Bob's Bitters are an essential ingredient for the perfect cocktail. Bob's Bitters are sure to enhance the flavor of whatever you add them to. Add 4 to 8 drops of Bob's amazing flavoring to your cocktail via the included pipette cap.

The story behind this amazing bitters universe is the creation of former chef Bob Petrie, who instead of creating a bitter based on what others are doing, he thought, why not create it based on a culinary approach that he has used in the Michelin starred restaurants he has worked in. He set to work from his home in Essex and the results speak for themselves.

Many of the very best mixologists use Bob's Bitters because they are the 'glue' that holds a tasty cocktail together. All products are handcrafted with simple ingredients to help bring out the flavor of the cocktail. The ingredients are steeped in alcohol in different strengths.

A little about the different bitters - see more at Whisky.dk:

Coriander bitter from England

In this bitter you get the taste of coriander, which is also one of the main ingredients in a London Dry Gin. Bob's Bitter Coriander uses both the nutty coriander seeds and fresh coriander leaves. The seeds add a warmth to the bitters, where the coriander leaves add a more fresh citrus flavor.

Bobs Bitter Coriander is perfect for mixing with rum to make a fresh and delicious cocktail. Here, Conde de Cuba Elixir is a perfect match for Bob's Coriander Bitter.

Flavorful bitters made from oranges and tangerines.

In this bitter, Bob uses sweet South African oranges along with dried tangerine peel to give it a complex flavor.

Once again, one of Bob's Bitters was created from an idea from Simon Difford. He suggested that a bitter made from bittersweet oranges could be interesting. Bob decided to add dried tangerine peel, notes of caramelized bitter orange and some spices. All of this gave this bitter a fresh aroma with a delicious, bitter flavor.

Handmade licorice bitters from England.

In Bob's licorice bitters, you get dried licorice root, which creates a mild and woody sweetness. It's an earthy bitter that brings bark and fennel notes to your drinks. You'll be able to taste star anise and fennel when you mix this bitter with your cocktail. And your cocktail will have a bittersweet aftertaste.

Initially, this bitter was made for Ago Perrone Hotel to use in their cocktails along with their new formula of Galliano L'Autentico. Now it's also available for you to make delicious drinks.

A fresh and delicious bitter made from peppermint.

In Bob's peppermint bitters you'll find dried Polish and Bulgarian peppermint leaves, which give a distinctive menthol flavor. The peppermint bitters have a hint of citrus and a less bitter, woody finish.

This bitter is perfect to mix with a Dry Gin or with Anejo Tequila. Then you're well on your way to making a flavorful and fresh bitter drink.

Handcrafted and delicious ginger bitters

In this bitter you'll find the intense flavor of dried Chinese ginger. Bob's Bitter Ginger is a hot liquid that can be added to both food and drinks to give it that extra kick. It is therefore not only optimal for those who want to spice up their drink, but also for those who want a little extra flavor in their salad or wok.

You will taste a warm and spicy ginger coupled with a peppery undertone. Caramelized ginger is used to counteract the sweetness of the fruit. This is done to mirror the flavorful London Dry Gin, try for example. Crespo Gin.
