Lyres Amaretti Sour - Non-alcoholic

This non-alcoholic cocktail is for those who like the combination of a little sweet and a little sour.

Ingredients:

• 75 ml Lyres Amaretti
• 15 ml Lemon juice
• 5 ml Monin Sugar cane syrup
• 10 ml egg white
• 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitter

Procedure:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Then pour into a cocktail glass using a double strain and top up with a slice of lemon and cherries as garnish. Serve the cocktail immediately while it's cold and fresh!
