Winter drinks with Jura Whisky

HOT COCOA WITH WHISKY AND WHIPPED CREAM

1 hot chocolate approx. 10 minutes

Ingredients:
150 ml whole milk
35 g dark chocolate 70%
15 g syrup
3 cl Jura Journey whisky
Whipping cream for whipped cream
A little grated dark chocolate

How to make it:

Put the whole milk, dark chocolate and syrup in a saucepan and bring to a slow boil.
Add the whisky when all the chocolate has melted. Do not allow the whiskey cocoa to boil as the alcohol will evaporate. Whip whipped cream and serve the hot whisky cocoa with grated chocolate.
