It has been aged in 3 different cask types: 33% first-fill ex-bourbon casks. 33% , 33% First fill Oloroso and 33% STR Cask Aroma: Fresh barley malt, heather honey and pears Taste: Pickled pears, vanilla, short bread and the taste of the different cask types Finish: Creamy, good malt flavor with a hint of cracked white pepper
