The gin is built on juniper, coriander seed, liquorice, angelica root, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, lemon and fresh Belgian apples.
The apple flavour is enhanced by a brief ageing in Calvados barrels, which gives the gin soft, woody accents without overpowering the apple's freshness.
No sugar, artificial colouring or artificial flavour is added, letting the apple and botanicals stand out clearly.
