Boulevardier Cocktail Opskrift

The classic Friday Boulevardier cocktail is a variation of the Negroni cocktail, where the gin is replaced with bourbon.

Ingredients:

• 2.5 cl Bourbon, we recommend Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
• 2.5 cl Vermouth, we recommend Martini Rosato Vermouth
• 2.5 cl Campari
• Ice cubes
• Garnish, orange (Use the traditional orange peel that is twisted over the glass to release the bitter citrus oils of the peel)

Method:

Mix the bourbon, vermouth and Campari together in a mixing glass with the ice cubes. Then strain into a Riedel glass. Top with orange as a garnish.
