Delirium Nocturnum is brewed by Huyghe Brewery in Melle, Belgium, the same brewery behind the iconic Delirium Tremens. Nocturnum is the dark edition in the Delirium family - a triple fermented strong dark ale with a dark brown colour and a reddish hue that signals the depth waiting in the glass.

The aroma offers caramel, mocha and chocolate, seasoned with liquorice and coriander. The taste begins with a pleasant alcoholic softness, which gives way to a rising bitterness, partly from the hops, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt.
