    Handcrafted with Lars' organic Evergreen spring barley.
    Sown and harvested from the Jutland soil on Lars' fields Mosevang and Stadsgaard.
    Hand-macerated and fermented for 120 to 168 hours.
    Double distilled slowly in direct fired copper pot stills.
    Matured for three years in carefully selected ex-bourbon barrels.
