Mosgaard Pedro Ximenez Cask Whisky is made from organic Danish barley malt, which is malted and brewed according to Mosgaard's own specifications and methods, optimized to produce sweetness, smoothness and fruit notes - the taste of Funen Single Malt Whisky.

Pedro Ximenez is double aged.
First it is aged in Quarter Casks, brewed from old Pedro Ximenez casks, for around 4 years old.
The last years old is aged in new Hungarian oak to provide a spicy challenge to the sweetness of the Pedro Ximenez casks.
