    The distillery Enghaven is part of the farm Enghaven, located in the idyllic village of Mellerup close to Randers. SOLBÆRROMLIKØR Style: Danish Color: Red Alcohol: 40% Vol.: 0.5 L. Age: Unknown Notes: Enghaven Blackcurrant Rum Liqueur is a sweet composition of Enghaven Oak Aged Rum, syrup from Brazilian sugar cane and blackcurrant juice pressed from blackcurrants from Sorringbær. Enghaven Blackcurrant rum liqueur has a strong blackcurrant aroma with faint rum aromas in the form of vanilla notes. Taste: The taste is sweet with a long blackcurrant aftertaste. Enghaven Blackcurrant rum liqueur is suitable for rice pudding, ice cream and other sweet desserts. The distillery Enghaven was established during the summer and autumn of 2007 by Esben Moestrup, Erik Moestrup and Mikkel Nordkvist, and they are probably the first distillery in Jutland to produce fruit spirits of the Eau-de-Vie type. Now they also produce rum, whisky, vodka and other exciting products
