On June 17, 2021, Thy Whisky released their fifteenth bottling of single malt whisky. It's named 'Thy Whisky no 15 - Fjordboen' and is a sherry and bourbon cask-aged whisky without smoke. It's an incredibly smooth, rounded, and aromatic whisky with a good richness and malty character, featuring notes of sherry, fresh and dried fruits, nougat, caramel, and vanilla - and a nice long finish.
