Under the Sea is a series of limited edition rums from Plantation. They are all vintage rums and created in collaboration with carefully selected distilleries from around the world.
The series celebrates iconic sea creatures that have a relation to the country the rum comes from.

This 12-year-old rum is distilled at Destileria Sofa in Venezuela and then aged for 8 years in bourbon barrels. It was then shipped to France where it was aged for a further 4 years in cognac barrels.
