It has matured in both first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a distinctive and complex aroma with hints of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and spices. With an alcohol content of 48.2%, natural colour, and no chill filtration, it delivers an authentic and balanced tasting experience.

The whisky presents notes of apricot, orange, and fig, with subtle undertones of peach and pineapple. The palate is rich and rounded, offering flavours of candied citrus, coffee, and deep sherry character, followed by a warming finish with oak and spice.
