The primary flavors of Zinfandel are marmalade, blueberry, black pepper, cherry, cherry, plum, boysenberry, cranberry and licorice. When tasting Zinfandel, it often explodes with candied fruitiness followed by spice and often a tobacco-like smoky finish. Our zinfandel demonstrates the care we put into our winemaking. Sustainably farmed and 100% sorted when our grapes are harvested. Fresh pepper and light strawberry fruit flavors dominate our zinfandel. It's perfect for summer tapas dishes. Right now, you might think this wine is a bit thin - but wait, it's not at all: After some oxygenation, it comes into its own and you encounter a wonderful aroma and a ditto fullness with notes of red berries; a great wine for the price!
