Fary Lochan distillery in Give, Jutland, uses locally grown grain and seasonal distillations as its foundation. PX – Pedro Jiménez – is one of the sweetest sherry styles, leaving deep raisin and dried fruit imprints on any whisky it touches. The XII series from Fary Lochan is dedicated to 12-year expressions. Non-chill filtered with natural colour.
