Stockholms Bränneri Organic Navy Gin is a Swedish Organic Navy Strength Gin, bottled at 57%.

The gin is made from organic wheat and uses the same seven botanicals as the distillery's Dry Gin, including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, heather, elderflower and rosemary.

A trip through Canada, where Anna and Calle visited numerous distilleries, sparked their desire to create their own spirits.

Rosemary and elderflower are the botanicals that come through most clearly, both on the nose and the palate.

The nose is herbal and floral, with rosemary and elderflower clearly present.
