Tomatin Monbazillac was distilled in 2008 and matured in traditional Scotch whisky oak casks before the whisky has its final maturation in Monbazillac casks. The result is a wonderful aroma of cinnamon baked apples, maple syrup and intense espresso. On the palate, spices and nuts combine with sweet grain, beeswax and milk chocolate.
