Schneider Weisse Original – Weissbier (TAP7)

Schneider Weisse Original is a classic Bavarian wheat beer, brewed according to old traditions since 1872 by the family-owned brewery G. Schneider & Sohn – known as Bavaria’s oldest specialized Weissbier brewery.

The beer is copper-golden and unfiltered with a creamy head. Its taste is round and full-bodied with notes of ripe banana, clove, caramel, and a light bready malt profile, creating a harmonious balance between sweetness and freshness. The natural carbonation makes it sparkling and lively on the palate.

Perfect with classic German dishes such as weisswurst, schnitzel, or a rich cheese platter – but also an excellent thirst-quencher on its own.
