The rum comes from the Spanish Destilerias MG, who produce Santisima Trinidad in traditional Cuban style, named after the city of Trinidad on Cuba's southern coast. The 15-year expression is the house's most matured release and builds on the classic Cuban philosophy of softness and round, complex notes rather than dryness and spice, where the long maturation gives a deeper, more complex profile than the younger editions.
