Rusty Nail Cocktail

The perfect Rusty Nail
Included in Difford's Guide Top 100 Cocktails, but it was invented in 1937. Classic cocktail with half Drambuie and half whiskey, served in Old Fashioned glasses with ice. If served without ice, it is known as the Straight Up Nail.

Ingredients

• 2 cl Drambuie Whisky likør


• 4 cl Grants Blended Whisky


• Garnish - Lemon zest.


• Serve in a Riedel Glass

Procedure

Pour both ingredients into a glass with ice, stir lightly and serve.

Then add the garnish (Use the traditional lemon peel that is twisted over the glass to release the bitter citrus oils of the peel)
